Every year millions of us make resolutions to improve our happiness: to get healthier, to work harder, to relax more. Yet 80% of these resolutions fail by February 1. What are we missing? How can we get out of the cycle of expectation, confusion and disappointed?
This problem isn’t new. It comes up over and over again in the Bible. And the good news is: We can move toward greater happiness. But it requires setting right expectations, working a plan of action, persevering through resistance, minimizing distractions, and having a community of support.
